Refunds Process
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. Your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund process. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it to be eligible for a refund. Follow these steps to return the products and get your refund back.

After processing, the refund will typically appear in your account within 3-5 working days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Please Note:
In cases where a parcel is returned by the customer, and the return is not due to our error, shipping fees will not be refunded. This is because the courier charges have already been incurred when the parcel was initially shipped to the customer.

Returning Your Order
We stand by the quality of our products and offer a 100% money-back guarantee if an item is defective or damaged. You have 14 days to send it back to us for a full refund. Please ship the item back at your own expense. Once we receive the product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please remember to include your name and order numbers on the returned parcels.
