Limits vary by service: Drop Off allows up to 20 kg and 60 cm length, while ExpressPak accepts up to 5 kg, with an 82 cm girth and 52 cm length. All parcels must be packed in a strong cardboard box, not a plastic bag, with sharp edges covered.
